Our Commitment

At IELTS Department, we want every institute to feel confident before committing to a paid subscription. That is why we offer a 3-day free trial on all new subscriptions — so you can explore the platform fully, enrol students, and experience the complete IELTS Department environment before any payment is taken.

We believe this is the fairest approach: you get real access, with no obligation, before spending any amount.


Free Trial

All new consultancy subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial:

  • Full access to your selected plan from day one
  • Your group is created, your invite codes are generated, and your branded dashboard is live
  • No payment is taken during the trial period
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription becomes active and your payment method is charged for the first billing cycle.


No Refunds After Payment

Because IELTS Department provides immediate access to digital content — including mock tests, courses, and a fully configured branded group environment — we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

This is consistent with standard practice for digital subscription services and is made possible precisely because of our generous free trial: you have had the opportunity to evaluate the platform fully before any payment is taken.

By proceeding past the free trial and allowing a payment to be processed, you acknowledge that:

  • You have had full access to the platform during the trial period
  • The subscription and its content have been delivered as described
  • You accept that the payment is non-refundable

Exceptions

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: if a technical error results in you being charged more than once for the same billing cycle
  • Service unavailability: if the platform is completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end during a paid billing period

To request a review under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@ieltsdepartment.com with your account email and a description of the issue.


Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You and your students retain full access to the platform until the end of the period you have already paid for.
