You recently bought a laptop from an online store. It has been faulty since the day you received it, and your attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered.

Write a letter to the store manager. In your letter:

• describe the problem with the laptop
• explain what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue
• say what action you would like the store to take
